At take down you must pick up your work or provide packaging and postage. If you choose to sell your work, include a contact number on the label which buyers can contact you at. Please make your own arrangements with buyers to pick up your work AFTER the show is over from YOU or sell them a duplicate.

Size limits:

Work can be almost any size as long as you are willing to hang and take it down. However, wall space is limited. The Library does not have a storage area.

Artworks should be unframed and or very light.  Artwork will be hung from taped on hooks or taped to the walls. There are pipes and ducting that artwork can be hung from. If you do not want original art being damaged by tape, or exposure please make a reproduction for display.

Be aware that unframed work may be directly mounted to the wall using tape  which could damage your art.

Quality: digital prints should be edited with a resolution at  least 300 pixels/inch (dpi) in order to eliminate the jaggies. JPG compression should be set to high quality.

We will hang as much as we can but will reserve the right to NOT hang submitted work for any reason.
