Kira is a hapa girl with roots in Hawai‘i and Japan. She has spent her entire life training around the world with Ojisama and Tutu man in Hawai‘i.  Finally, she is allowed to attend school as a pre-med and a paramedic intern at the University of Hawai‘i.

Kira thinks she will have finally have a life of her own.

Hawaiʻi is the spiritual center of the earth. Westernization and Urbanity have disrupted the relationship between man and other aspects of nature. Deranged by his failures to peacefully make a positive change to what he see as  a diseased civilization one of the elders calls upon the dead warriors to rise and cleanse the island.  

 

Kira realizes the true meaning of all those years training! She must find away to defeat the elder AND bring nature back into balance!
